The TAVO Next is a budget stroller that is able to accommodate children as heavy as 50 pounds. It's super spacious, and the seat reclines easily and lays flat. It's also easy to close and open, and it has an XXL canopy, which has venting and windows that peek out. For 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness that features Magnetech Secure Snap, which allows for a simple and secure way to fasten with just one hand.

The TAVO is a great choice for parents who want to save money. However it's not the best option if you're looking for a bassinet or reversible seat. It can only face only one way, and it doesn't have the capacity to allow for a car seat, or other accessories like the bassinet stand, rain cover, cup holder or child snack tray. The MIXX Next is the better alternative for those looking for more because it can accommodate these accessories.

The TAVO has an integrated suspension system known as Free-flex. It lets you travel far or near, and even take your child from the car to the curb. The spacious, comfortable seat lets baby kick back and relax or go off into a dreamland. Parents will also appreciate the compact fold-away axle and MagneTech Secure Snap.

It connects with the Nuna PIPA series of car seats in a snap without adapters required for an elegant travel set.

4. Joovy Twin Roo+

The Twin Roo+ is a frame stroller with a minimalist design that provides car seat compatibility. It also comes with a large storage bin. It is one of the lightest double strollers available on the market. It weighs 24 pounds without attachments for infant car seats, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista V2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is easy to use. It is easy to put together and is road-ready in just 10 minutes. It doesn't have an enclosed canopy and you'll be required to buy your own sunshades for your children if they require additional protection from the elements.

During our testing during our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It is able to maneuver through most types of terrain with ease, however it has trouble going over muddy areas and gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended to use on the stairs or off-road. However, its suspension system can assist to reduce bumps.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage bin but it's not easy to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers commonly face, but Joovy has an baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this problem.

The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage options however we'd like a little more versatility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility in seating arrangement is a major benefit. Parents can mount their infant car seats either opposite directions or the same direction, based on their requirements.
